Prevent oil from sloshing out of your sump during demanding driving with the SkidNation oil pan baffle for Mazda MX-5. Oil starvation is prevented by keeping oil where it’s supposed to be. The tight fit around the edges of the pain and oil pickup tube means that the engine remains properly lubricated during hard braking and cornering.

Variations

Standard:

Laser-cut stainless steel plate to replace the stock oil pan baffle. The shape follows the oil pan edges and helps keep the oil at the bottom.

Advanced:

Highly efficient tri-directional baffle with two one-way oil passages. Suitable for all street, track day and forced induction cars. Weighs just 68 grams (0.15 lbs).

Racing:

Both sump baffles are used together to give maximum efficiency for the most demanding drivers or competition use. The horizontal plate may require minor trimming as the oil pans differ.
